Words First
Words lead to more sales. That's why we spend the time needed to get to know you and your ideal clients.
Meet Our Spearhead:
Matt Banker
"My superpower is the ability to help business owners communicate more clearly. Often accounting firm owners are more technical in their communication or have difficulty explaining what their business does in a way that communicates the great value they bring to their clients. I like to think that I help smart people organize their thoughts and communicate in a way everyone else can understand."
Problem
Streimer & Flusberg CPA were in the midst of a major change to their business model. They were implementing new processes that would serve their clients better.
Their website was badly out of date and they had two goals that were in tension with each other 1) they wanted to make some important improvements quickly, but the busy tax season was looming, and 2) they wanted to do it right and not have to do it twice. They were familiar with work we had done for other accounting firms, and wanted a similar level of quality.
Solution
We create a custom solution for Streimer. We broke down their website project into two major phases. 1) Quick launch. 2) Expanded content. We wanted to get a core skeleton site up and running before tax season started (and they would be too busy to go through the web dev process). We focused on a few essential pages, developing the core messaging, and publishing their site as quick as possible.
After launch, we built out a full site map and started filling out the rest of the need content.
Top-Tier Design
Good design supports good messaging and increases brand authority.
Driving Design Concept:
Streimer & Flusberg strives to simplify their client's processes in order to help them achieve their goals. In was imperative that we conveyed this same message on their website by simplifying the design and content to make it as clear as possible. We utilized their minimal color scheme with the addition of a vibrant accent color to make the CTA's stand out along with bold color blocks, a bold, modern sans-serif font, and lots of white space to draw attention to the content and help the user's eye move effortlessly down the page. By using concise and clear copy along with minimalist design we were able to create an easy to read/scan website that gets their message across clear and effectively.

Our Building Process
01. Platform & Technology
We build our sites on WordPress using an intuitive and easy-to-manage page builder (Beaver Builder). We do this primarily because our clients want a website that is simple enough for them to manage on their own: add blog posts, swap out images, make copy changes.
02. Functionality
Most websites we make are what we call "Marketing Sites." They exist to guide a prospective client through the get-to-know-you phase and hand them off to your sales team. Marketing Sites are generally very simple and do not require much beyond a contact form and Active Campaign integration.
Timeline
A standard website project takes between 11 and 16 weeks, depending on how responsive our clients are able to be when we need their input or feedback. Here are average timeframes:
Onboarding: 1 week
Messaging & Wireframes: 3 weeks
Design & Revisions: 3 weeks
Build: 3 weeks
Revisions: 4 weeks
Launch: 1 week
We had our kick-off call with Bee Clean on Nov 21st and launched their site on Jan 19th! That's just 8 weeks! Considering the majority of this project happened over the holiday season, we are quite proud of our ability to turn this project around so quickly.
