My Office Pro
Who are they
My Office Pro offers backend HR and Payroll support to business, with a specialization in Quick Serve Restaurants and Franchises. Serving some of the biggest brand names out there, their 30+ years of experience set them above their competition in astonishing ways. They needed a website that did the same.
Words First
Words lead to more sales. That's why we spend the time needed to get to know you and your ideal clients.
StoryBrand Guide: Evan Cox
Problem
My Office Pro had a wonderful product (customize back-office support), but they felt like they just weren't getting their product to their ideal clients. They needed a website that targeted Franchises and Business owners, especially in the Quick Serve Restaurant industry.
Solution
We focused the messaging around the idea that business owners need to be able to focus on their expertise, not getting bogged down on the back-end admin-slog. We used imagery that connected with their ideal client from the get go and made sure to put a lot of emphasis on the client-logo section where they could show off the major brands they have worked with in the past. It wasn't bragging, however, it was displaying their trustworthiness since other major franchises already trust them.
Top-Tier Design
Good design supports good messaging and increases brand authority.
Driving Design Concept:
My Office Pro was in need of a design partner to create a professional website that would speak directly to highly professional clients. We used Poppins, a geometric and robust typeface for the headings to develop strong and reliable communication and chose a simple color palette of white, blue and black to communicate responsibility, trust and professionalism. Through the use of bold headlines, clearly defined sections, and modern iconography, we were able to create a website that clearly articulates their offerings to restaurant owners.

Our Building Process
01. Platform & Technology
We build our sites on WordPress using an intuitive and easy-to-manage page builder (Beaver Builder). We do this primarily because our clients want a website that is simple enough for them to manage on their own: add blog posts, swap out images, make copy changes.
02. Functionality
Most websites we make are what we call "Marketing Sites." They exist to guide a prospective client through the get-to-know-you phase and hand them off to your sales team. Marketing Sites are generally very simple and do not require much beyond a contact form and Active Campaign integration.
My Office Pro had one special functionality element:
They have been using Formstack for client-facing interactions for some time and wanted to keep with that system. It wasn't hard to incorporate onto their site after installing a Formstack plugin and syncing it up with a Formstack API.
Timeline
A standard website project takes between 11 and 16 weeks, depending on how responsive our clients are able to be when we need their input or feedback. Here are average timeframes:
Onboarding: 1 week
Messaging & Wireframes: 3 weeks
Design & Revisions: 3 weeks
Build: 3 weeks
Revisions: 4 weeks
Launch: 1 week
We had our kick-off call with My Office Pro on Jan 26th and launched their site on April 1st. That's just short of 12 weeks!
